Warrior most on STR arround 500-900 Str needed for a good warrior
Mage-INT AND LUK You need arround 200LUk and rest on INT for a ownage mage (any job)
Archer DEX and STR you need arround 150-250STR to hold good bows and rest on Dex to dodge attacks and recive them
Thief-LUK and DEX arround 200 DEX to hold claws or the daggers rest on luck to do most damage with thiefs weps
